NATALEE NANCARROW
Natalee is a degree qualified professional, with a 15 year career in sales and marketing roles.
She completed her Bachelor of Commerce - Business Management and Marketing, in Sydney before making the Sunshine Coast her home in 2000. Natalee has had years of experience developing and implementing both consumer and trade marketing campaigns in a variety of different industries.
Her vast range of business knowledge extends from a career of marketing, management and sales roles in entertainment, retail, mall merchandising, warehouse and distribution, construction and landscaping. Most recently she was the Company Director of her own successful Swimming Pool company in North Queensland, which she sold to return home to the Sunshine Coast.
WIM JANSSEN
Originally from Holland, Wim has successfully owned and operated his own businesses over the past 30 years. Before moving to the Sunshine Coast, Wim previously owned a hugely successful Small Goods Manufacturing & Retail business in both New Zealand and South Africa.
Wim brings a wealth of business experience to our office and his achievement in business brokering is the result of having bought and sold many businesses over the years. His range of expertise spans a number of sectors ranging from manufacturing, retail/distribution and service businesses. He is therefore well qualified to analyse business information and understand the sensitivities of the business, which then allows him to maximise the potential of a business under new ownership.

MANUEL RIBEIRO
Unafraid of hard work, Manuel Ribeiro is known as an exceptionally strong negotiator with sound business knowledge. With hands-on retail experience, Manuel has owned and operated businesses within the fashion industry, supermarkets/bakery and newsagencies over the past 30 years.
Based on the Sunshine Coast and specialising in all types of quality businesses from Brisbane to Gympie, Manuel’s personal philosophy is - “to consistently deliver the highest level of service and commitment to Sellers and Buyers alike.”
Manuel migrated to Australia in 1996 and quickly adapted to the Australian way of life, by purchasing a newsagency in Sydney’s Double Bay. Born of Portuguese parents, Manuel originally comes from South Africa, having lived all his time in the beautiful coastal city of Cape Town. Manuel has two children, one at University and the other at St Andrews College in Peregian Springs. Manuel and his wife started the well known “Contigo Shoes” in Noosa’s Hastings Street in 2004 and successfully sold the business in 2007. Manuel’s wife now runs their newsagency business in Eumundi, which they bought in 2007.
